The IndigiRise Pre-Employment Program follows a 10-lesson journey designed to build from the inside out. Participants move through five connected areas of learning—strengthening how they see themselves, understand their experiences and prepare to move forward.

Flexible Delivery

Every community and organization has different schedules, participants and priorities. IndigiRise Pre-Employment can be delivered in different formats while maintaining the same core learning journey and program outcomes.
INTENSIVE
Focused delivery over a shorter period. The program can be delivered in a concentrated format for communities looking to move participants through the learning journey within a shorter timeframe.
EXTENDED
Learning spread across a longer schedule. Lessons can be spread across a longer schedule, creating more space between sessions for reflection, practice and application.
COMMUNITY-SCHEDULED
Delivery planned around your organization and participants. We can work with the host organization to develop a delivery schedule that fits participants, community priorities and local realities.
